Ironman Training Camp 2011 - Malaga

Price Includes:

• 6 nights accommodation
• ALL meals
• Transfers to and from Malaga airport
• One coach for the full week plus guides

Numbers are limited to 12 and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

I intend that this camp will be for IRONMAN athletes or those seeking a BIG BIKE week. You can expect to complete approx 25-30 hours training in 5 and a half days.

This is a perfect BIG week opportunity for anyone racing in
Switzerland/France/Germany/Austria/UK.

There will also be the opportunity to discuss race plans, tapering, race and training nutrition, post race recovery and anything else you need.
