Gatorade Theatre – Improve you Performance Seminars with TheTriathlonCoach.com

Returning at the 2009 TCR Show will be the Gatorade Theatre. The Gatorade Theatre will feature a series of 60-minute seminars on a variety of topics with the aim of Improving your Performance. Within each seminar there will be the opportunity for a Q&A session with Gatorade experts and TTC coaches to answer all your nutrition, swim, bike, run and mind questions for improving performance in the triathlon world. Simon Ward of TheTriathlonCoach.com will chair the forums.

After each seminar, two lucky attendees will swim, bike or run away with a Gatorade Hydration pack consisting of a three month supply of product, 6 bike bottles and limited edition Gatorade running top (worth £75).  Also, all attendees will be entered into a draw to win a six month remote coaching programme from thetriathloncoach.com.
