pending quality time with your coach can prove invaluable in your quest for better performances.

This could be in addition to your monthly coaching programme or it could be a stand alone session (which means you don’t need to be part of our monthly coaching programme to benefit).

You can book your coach for any where from 1 hour to several days. Some of our athletes have even paid for their coaches to attend races with them (though we wouldn’t expect this of you unless you really twisted our arms… ok then, when do we leave!).

Although we could suggest how you use your time, we generally leave this in your hands as you will have a better idea of exactly what you want from the session. We strongly advise that you do have a very clear idea of your session outcomes so that you can judge how successful it has been.

Individual coaches can generally arrange facilities although costs are in addition to the hour/day rate.

1-1 Training Sessions



Remove yourself from the group and get 100% attention from your coach for the whole session. Imagine how much more productive your next training session could be with your own coach.

All you need to do is have a clear idea of what you want from the session and we’ll do the rest.

Our coaches can even book the facility for you (although these costs are in addition to the hourly rate).


1-1 Training Days



Rather than just 1 hour in the pool you can have this plus a training ride and a running session on the track.

Between sessions you can discuss training plans or nutrition strategy with your coach.

Other suggestions include video analysis of your swim, or run technique or we can help you to get near to the perfect bike set up for your next race (food and facility costs are not included although we can arrange them).
