Louise started coaching in 2003 and has a broad range of experience working with complete novices, experienced age groupers and developing elite youths and juniors. She has trained athletes competing at Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman distances and has also worked with single discipline athletes.

She has coached specialist sessions in: bike racing, nutrition, sports psychology and goal setting, strength and conditioning, swim and run technical analysis, bike and run physiological testing, open water swimming and transition training.

Louise has personally competed in triathlons up to Half Ironman distance – she says she will never be a contender but instead likes to bring up the rear! Just back to training after long term injury, she is training hard and is currently in the process of completely overhauling her nutrition. Using the research and knowledge from this personal experience she will soon be offering the opportunity to include nutrition as part of her athletes’ packages with TTC.

Louise likes nothing more than to work with people to help them reach their personal goals and become stronger, smarter athletes.
