Rolling Coaching Programmes
These coaching programmes are designed with one purpose in mind. To help you achieve your potential and reach your goals.
Imagine how you feel now. You've just chosen your goal race but finishing that first triathlon or crossing the line in Hawaii can seem such a long way off. Now, think about how you'll feel when you finally do it.
Our coaching team has over 40 years experience and knowledge to help you along that journey and we'll be with you every step of the way. We have 3 programme levels depending upon the amount of input you require from our coaches.
1-1 Coaching
Spending quality time with your coach can prove invaluable in your quest for better performances.
This could be in addition to your monthly coaching programme or it could be a stand alone session (which means you don't need to be part of our monthly coaching programme to benefit).
You can book your coach for any where from 1 hour to several days. Some of our athletes have even paid for their coaches to attend races with them (though we wouldn't expect this of you unless you really twisted our arms… ok then, when do we leave).
Although we could suggest how you use your time we generally leave this in your hands as you will have a better idea of exactly what you want from the session. (We strongly advise that you do have a very clear idea of your session outcomes so that you can judge how successful it has been.)
Individual coaches can generally arrange facilities although costs are in addition to the hour/day rate.
