Strength training for triathletes is the 4th discipline
It should help you to create a strong platform upon which you can then use your aerobic fitness to the maximum. Sadly many triathletes ignore the 4th discipline and I’m convinced that this is harming their performances.
The biggest obstacles to including strength and conditioning work in your programme are lack of time or lack of knowledge.
Our new programme is designed to help you overcome these hurdles.
Each month you’ll get:
- 2 sessions per week (maximum 30 minutes per session)
- Complete details of each exercise in the weekly plan
- In depth guidance of sets, reps, weights and rest periods for each exercise
- Direction on how to integrate the workouts into your own programme
- Priority Email access to your coach to answer any questions you might have about the programme
