Content: Drills to take away.

Session 4: Theory
Title: Training principles for Tri swimming
Content: Discuss and provide athletes with suggestions of sessions to do.
Time: 60 min
Session 5: Practical
Title: Strength training for swimming
Content: Features and benefits of S&C for swimming. Practical examples of exercises athletes can use to develop.
Time: 60 min
All athletes will receive a CD Rom of their technique and feedback sheet, within 10 days of completing the workshop.
