TriFaster Workshops: TriSwimmingFaster – TriCyclingFaster - TriRunningFaster
The objective of these workshops is to provide athletes with an understanding of the factors which influence race performance and how they can work to improve them.
All workshops feature:
- An emphasis on developing the technical skills for the relevant discipline
- Drills to take away and practice on your own
- A theory workshop based on the principles behind swimming, biking and running faster, to help athletes understand exactly how performance improvements can be achieved
Each 4 hour workshop also includes:
- SWIMMING
– Video analysis of initial swim technique, practical swim drills
session, strength training for swimming. More detail »
- CYCLING –
Bike fit + video feedback, practical pedalling drills, strength training

Video analysis of initial run technique practical running drills,

All athletes will receive a CD Rom of their technique and feedback sheet, within 10 days of completing the workshop.
